1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Size or Fit Issues: If an item doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size. If your desired size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
Note: We do not offer refunds/returns, but we are committed to ensuring you receive an item you love through our easy exchange process.
2. Easy Exchange Pickup
We make the exchange process convenient for you:

Our courier partner will deliver the new item to your doorstep.

Kindly hand over the original item to the rider at the time of delivery.

Please ensure the product is:

In its original, unused, and pristine condition.

Accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

3. Shipping Charges

For voluntary exchanges (size/choice): Shipping charges are borne by the customer.

For faulty/incorrect items: We cover all shipping costs.

Replacement delivery is charged at PKR 300.
4. Important Guidelines

Items purchased during sales, clearance events, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.

Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Since many of our products are handcrafted or curated in limited batches, we encourage you to review product images, dimensions, and descriptions thoroughly before placing your order.
